State Tax Filing Deadlines 2021

As announced by the
IRS, the federal government has extended the individual tax deadline to May 17 as it pertains to federal income taxes with the exception of Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas residents who were granted until June 15 due to the impact of winter storms this February. However, each state is left to make their own decision when it comes to state income tax deadlines.

Below are the states that have announced tax deadlines so far (will be updated as more information received):
